東京都出身。武蔵野美術大学造形学部建築学科卒業後、クラフトマンシップの熟練した技術とものづくりの姿勢に感銘を受け東京都立品川技術専門学校（職業訓練校）で木工家具製作を学ぶ。在校中、家具製作技能士補資格を取得。2003年からワンダーウォールにてチーフデザイナーとして国内外の商業施設の設計・デザインに従事。 2010年に独立し「ヘッドスターツ」を設立。環境の魅力とクライアントの想いを最大限に引き出す全体構成から、手肌・指先に触れる感触までを大切に、家具プロダクトから空間のインテリア、建築、そしてそれらの情景までをデザインしている。 木工家具づくりで培われた髪の毛1本分の太さと言われる0.06mm単位の細やかな感覚と緻密かつ柔軟な感性、バランス感覚で創り出す空間やプロダクトは国内外から評価を得ている。
また、これまで培ったデザインメソッドを未来に繋げていく使命のもと、教育や企業レクチャーにも注力している。
2015年から鎌倉女子大学非常勤講師。

Born in Tokyo, Japan.
After graduating from Musashino Art University, Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Architecture, deeply impressed by the craftsmanship techniques and their underlying philosophy. This led her to study wood furniture making at Tokyo Metropolitan school for Craftsmanship. During the time there, obtained the Assistant Furniture Making Technician qualification.
Joined Wonderwall Inc. in 2003 as a chief designer, planned and designed commercial spaces in Japan and abroad. In 2010, became independent and established "Headstarts." Her work focuses on drawing out the full potential of environments and clients' visions, valuing everything from the overall composition to the tactile experience of materials, designs furniture products, interior spaces, architecture, and the atmospheres that surround them. The spaces and products she creates with her sense of detail that distinguishes 0.06mm, which she cultivated through the process of making wooden furniture, her precise yet flexible sensibilities, and her sense of balance have been highly praised both domestically and internationally.
In addition to her design practice, she is committed to passing on her design methodology to future generations through education and corporate lectures.
